Alex
Alex is the proud owner of the treatment rooms. She has been working in the beauty industry since 2009, beginning her journey at Craven College before earning her CIDESCO Diploma at The Yorkshire College of Beauty. Her career has taken her around the world, where she gained valuable experience working in a variety of salons and spas. With a true passion for skincare, Alex is a huge fan of the Germaine De Capuccini products used in the salon and highly recommends their facials. These days, she balances her time between front of house and providing beauty treatments, and it’s always a pleasure for her to welcome and care for clients at the treatment rooms.
Heidi
Heidi joined the treatment rooms in 2019 and has been a wonderful addition to our team. With a true talent for all things brows, she’s our go-to expert for shaping and defining. Heidi is also a fabulous makeup artist, always creating stunning looks for any occasion, and her facials leave clients feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Her skill, attention to detail, and warm personality ensure every client leaves feeling their best.
Sheena
Sheena has been with the treatment rooms since we opened our new salon in 2018 and has become a key part of our team. Working on reception, she’s always ready to offer expert advice on treatments and products, helping clients choose the best options for their needs. Sheena loves to chat and truly enjoys welcoming customers, creating a friendly and warm atmosphere from the moment they walk in.
Lisa
Lisa rejoined the treatment rooms in 2024 and has quickly become an essential part of the team. Super organised and efficient, she manages bookings and enquiries with ease. Always friendly and up for a chat, Lisa makes clients feel welcome the moment they arrive. Her attention to detail and warm, approachable nature ensure everything runs smoothly at reception.
